FAQ

Important information before booking.

How do I receive my ticket?

After payment confirmation, the ticket is sent by email with the booking code.

Do I need to arrive early?

Yes. Arrive 30 minutes in advance for verification and wristband pickup.

What if the Navy cancels?

You may reschedule or request a full refund.

Who delivers the wristband?

A staff member wearing the company shirt will be at the meeting point.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PIX and credit card. Payment is made at the time of booking, online and securely.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes, according to our Cancellation Policy. Early cancellations are refundable and rescheduling depends on availability — check the deadlines on the Policy page.

Do children pay? Is there a minimum age?

Children pay the regular price and are welcome, always accompanied by an adult. For babies and small children, contact us in advance so we can advise on life jackets and safety.

What should I bring on the day?

Photo ID, sunscreen, water, a towel and a change of clothes. A hat and sunglasses help. Bring some cash for extras.

Is there a restroom and covered area on board?

It depends on the boat you choose. Options with structure have a restroom and covered area — each tour description states what is included.

What if I get seasick?

Most of the route is in calm waters. If you tend to get seasick, avoid a very full stomach and, if you like, take motion-sickness medicine about 1 hour before. The crew will help with whatever you need.

Where is the meeting point?

The meeting point is shown on the tour page and on your ticket. A staff member wearing the company shirt will be there.

Does the tour include food and drinks?

It depends on the option. "All inclusive" options already include onboard items; on the others there are sales on board or you may bring your own. Check "What's included" on each tour.
